Data Ebby does not collect

Ebby does not require an account and does not collect user email addresses, names, phone numbers, physical addresses, government identifiers, advertising identifiers, or other Personally Identifiable Information (PII) for any Ochraceo-built application.

Data stored in the app

Ebby stores app data that users choose to enter or enable, including mood entries, journal notes, symptom tags, daily factors, medication records, manual sleep, mindful minutes, weight entries, reminders, settings, report/export history, and related self-tracking information. This data is used for app functionality and is not used for tracking or advertising.

Apple Health

Ebby can read Apple Health data only after the user grants HealthKit permission, including supported data such as sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, workouts, mindful minutes, and weight. Ebby does not write data to Apple Health. Apple Health access can be changed at any time in iOS Settings. Apple Health readings remain controlled by Apple Health permissions on the user’s device.

Storage and iCloud

Ebby stores records on the user’s device by default using iOS app storage protections. If the user explicitly turns on iCloud sync, Ebby stores supported records in the user’s private iCloud account using CloudKit. Ochraceo LLC does not operate a separate account system for this app data.

Backups and exports

Ebby allows users to export and import backup files and generate shareable mood report PDFs. New backup exports are encrypted with a password chosen by the user before the file is shared outside the app, and Ebby cannot recover that password. Older plaintext JSON backups may still be imported so existing users are not locked out of their data. Reports are generated only when the user chooses to create and share them.

Anonymous usage analytics

Ebby includes an optional anonymous usage analytics setting. In the current build, anonymous analytics are stored on the device only and are not transmitted to a server. Anonymous analytics do not include mood values, journal text, symptoms, medication names, Apple Health readings, account identifiers, device identifiers, or advertising identifiers.

App Store analytics

Ochraceo LLC may review analytics made available by Apple through App Store Connect, such as aggregate app downloads, product page activity, usage, crash, and performance information. These analytics are provided through Apple’s developer tools and are used to understand app performance, reliability, and App Store listing effectiveness. Ochraceo LLC does not use App Store Connect analytics for advertising or tracking users across apps or websites.

Website analytics

Ochraceo LLC uses Independent Analytics on ochraceo.com to understand basic website visits, such as page views, referrers, approximate location, browser, device type, and visit timing. This information is used to maintain and improve the website and is not used for advertising or to track visitors across other apps or websites.

Tracking and advertising

Ebby does not track users across apps or websites, does not sell user data, does not use third-party advertising networks, and does not include third-party analytics SDKs.
